Jennifer Hughes Wisecaver, candidate for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy with a major in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and a minor in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, will be defending her dissertation Horizontal gene transfer and plastid endosymbiosis in dinoflagellate gene innovation on Friday, November 2, 2012.
